Great staff and homely atmosphere
We really enjoyed the welcoming staff and homely feel of the hotel, which was a perfect escape from the busy city. The tea and coffee with ginger biscuits were a nice touch upon arrival, followed by helpful advice from the friendly staff about things to do in the surrounding area. The shared areas were fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains and a perfect place to relax with a book or tea.
The room was damp and had a musty smell, which detracted from our stay. Despite this, we enjoyed the meals, although they were a bit pricey compared to other options in the area.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, which is perfect to relax after strolling around the city. The beds are large and extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offers a tasty variety of local and Western dishes, including fresh and juicy fruits.
The bathroom could be bigger, but it still covers all the basic necessities. However, the transparency of the curtains in the room and toilet can be uncomfortable, and could make some guests feel exposed. It would be great if they could review these details to make guests feel more at ease.

Enjoyed the warm greetings from the hosts upon arrival, complete with a cup of tea and biscuits. Loved the quiet, clean rooms that had comfortable beds. Also, the complementary breakfast was fit for royalty and the dinner was like dining out at a proper restaurant. The hotel is situated in a peaceful district, and the views were wonderful.
The location of the hotel wasn't in the center and tuk-tuks had trouble finding it. Also, Wi-Fi was not reliable.
